While I’m so grateful for the meat in our freezer, sometimes eating deer steak after deer steak can get…monotonous 😑 And when I want an easy way to switch things up without a ton of effort, I know it’s time for some gremolata. A sauce made of parsley, lemon, garlic, olive oil…what’s not to love? It will give your meat a bright, fresh taste that is certain to get you excited about your meat again 😍
Whip this dish up in about 5 minutes, and top it on ANY meat (venison, beef, chicken, salmon, you name it!)
One thing to note — This sauce keeps in the fridge for about 7-10 days, but bear in mind it will get more and more dull in color each day that goes by. Not to worry – it will still be delicious! – but you should only expect that bright color when it is fresh.
