Grateful to have married someone whose love language is making debatably the *best* rack of lamb I have ever had ♥️ swipe to see the finished product — the photo absolutely does NOT do it justice 🤤
Last night’s dinner was @traderjoes cauli gnocchi with lamb sausage, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers. I used a @thaw_max to thaw the lamb sausages (swipe to see 👉🏻), and I have to say, I’m impressed — sausages from the deep freezer thawed in less than 2 hours!
I’ve been a little quiet the last couple days because it was family weekend for the duck closer. Didn’t get many photos because I was too busy enjoying myself (and also #twounderthree), but I did manage a few. It was so nice getting out into the blind, but even better watching the kids (big and little) just PLAY 💛
Anyone else always have to have an appetizer while cooking dinner so you don't end up eating all of it as you go? 🙋‍♀️⁠
